TK Total Health is designed for busy women who are ready to lose weight, reshape their bodies, and create lasting change—without extreme diets or endless hours in the gym. My coaching programs are built to empower you with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to create a lifestyle that aligns with your goals.

Whether you want to lose weight, shed body fat, build strength, eat better, reduce stress, boost energy, or shift your mindset, I’ll create a personalized plan to help you get there. You won’t have to do it alone! With one-on-one coaching (that’s me!) and the encouragement of an incredible community of like-minded women, you’ll get the accountability, motivation, and support you need—especially on the tough days.

How Does It All Work?

At TK Total Health, we take a personalized and supportive approach to your weight loss and wellness journey. Here’s how the process works:

Step 1: Apply for Coaching

Getting started is simple! Fill out our quick form to let us know you're interested in one of our programs. Once we receive your form, you'll hear back via email within 24 hours to schedule a quick call. This call helps us determine if our program is the right fit for you and which plan best aligns with your goals.

If we decide to move forward together, we’ll get you set up and ready to go as soon as you’re ready to start!

Step 2: Your Initial Consultation

We kick things off with a one-on-one consultation where we take the time to truly understand you—your lifestyle, goals, struggles, and what has (or hasn’t) worked for you in the past. This is where we lay the foundation for a plan that’s tailored to your unique body, schedule, and activity level.

Step 3: Your Custom Plan

After your consultation, you’ll receive a personalized nutrition and movement plan tailored to your body, lifestyle, and goals.

🏃‍♀️ Not exercising yet? No problem! We’ll create a movement plan that fits where you’re at.

Beyond workouts and nutrition, we’ll also discuss accountability, motivation, and the level of support you need to stay on track. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach—this plan is built for YOU!

Step 4: Daily Support & Tracking

You’ll get access to TK Total Health’s exclusive coaching app, where you can:
✅ Track your calories and macros
✅ Get meal ideas and recipes that match your nutrition goals
✅ Sync with your wearable devices for health tracking
✅ Privately message your coach at anytime for guidance, questions, or support

You’ll also be part of our amazing community, where like-minded women come together to share experiences, support one another, and celebrate progress.

Step 5: Weekly Progress & Adjustments

Each week, you’ll complete a quick progress check-in through the app, including weight updates and any other relevant health markers. Based on your results, I’ll personally follow up with feedback and adjust your plan as needed to keep you on track.

Step 6: Ongoing Support

To keep you motivated and accountable, you’ll hear from your coach often to:
