We offer a few online coaching options for women who may need different levels of support.
TOTAL 1:1 SUPPORT: Our high touch 1:1 coaching plan is for someone who is ready to make a commitment to themselves and is fed up with not seeing the results they desire. Our high touch plan includes daily accountability and a customized roadmap to success that includes nutrition, habits, mindset, and workouts. It is designed to fit the individual needs of our client to ensure a path towards sustainable fat loss and a bulletproof mindset.
FITNESS & NUTRITION MID-LEVEL SUPPORT: This plan is for someone who wants a customized workout plan and weekly nutrition support. This plan gives you access to all the features of the group support plan, but with personal weekly nutrition check-ins and a customized workout plan including strength, conditioning, and active rest days.
GROUP SUPPORT: In our group support coaching plan, we incorporate your individual plan with our group based coaching to give you the exact systems and structures you need so you can actively make changes to your weight, fitness and lifestyle, and most importantly sustain them for good! This plan is for the woman who is ready to create change with all the tools and resources available to her, but enjoys the camaraderie and support of a group.

Facebook Private Group Support page - Share a great workout, a new recipe, or reach out to other members for support. Lots of great info lives here! We all learn from each other!
Personalized access to Everfit App - Daily habit reminders, metrics, food journal, macro targets, health trackers, nutrition resources, personal messaging with coach as needed, general workouts, group support/communication, and more.
Bi-weekly group coaching calls via zoom - Topics include nutrition, mindset, goal setting, overcoming roadblocks, answering questions, and chat time with the group. Learn by interacting with others, sharing your wins as well as working on your struggles. All zooms are recorded so if you miss one, you can watch it back anytime.
At the end of the 16 weeks, clients may choose to sign up for another 16 weeks, continue on this plan at the monthly rate, or join the Group Support membership plan if less support is needed.
