Meet Your Coach
Hi! My name is Tracey Kalmanides and I am not only the founder of TK Total Health, but I’m also a busy mom of three, an elementary school math coach, and an avid believer that every woman can have the body and life they desire. I have two crazy dogs, a big extended family, lots of great friends, and a passion for all things health! I love a tough workout, a challenging ropes course, a Reese’s pieces sundae, competing against my kids, making homemade chocolate chip cookies, going for a run in the dark, and trying not to let the little things bother me.
So why am I now a health coach? Nutrition and fitness have been a passion of mine for many years now, but not necessarily in that order. I’ve always been active and played sports growing up, so when I began functional strength training a few years back, I really enjoyed it. I loved getting stronger, moving more weight, feeling better, and having more energy. As I progressed, I began to focus on the other aspects of health including nutrition, mindfulness, habits, and sleep. I dug deeper into these health pillars and this is where the magic happened for me! I began to see real changes in my body and in my overall well being. From there, I decided to enroll in a few courses, read more than a few books, and pick a few knowledgeable minds to learn as much as I could. This journey has brought me to where I am today, coaching all things math (while at school) and all things health the rest of the time.
Unfortunately, I know so many women who can’t seem to lose weight, who work out at the gym daily with no change in their body, women who restrict their eating to a bare minimum only to binge on the weekend, and women who worry that their hormones, stress, or lifestyle is just too much to overcome. I’m here to tell you, it doesn’t have to be this way! Change is possible and health coaching has become my vehicle to help as many women as I can! It’s not that women don’t work hard enough, it’s that many women are working hard on the wrong things to meet their goals.
As your coach, I will push you to be the best version of you that you can possibly be. When you are struggling, I will listen and I will help! When you are too comfortable, I will challenge you to push yourself out of your comfort zone. I will support you, guide you, and ensure that you have success on your journey. I’m not here to teach you quick tricks to short term weight loss. We have instagram for that! I’m here to help you implement sustainable habits, routines, and an overall lifestyle that will help you achieve your goals!
